Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FleetoHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

FleetoHub is a platform that connects boat owners with individuals seeking to rent boats. We provide the technology and infrastructure to facilitate these transactions but are not a party to the rental agreements between boat owners and renters.

User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Types

FleetoHub offers different account types:

• Renters: Users seeking to rent boats
• Owners: Users listing boats for rent
• Maintainers: Service providers for boat maintenance

Boat Rentals

For Renters

• You must be at least 18 years old to rent a boat
• You must possess a valid boating license or certification if required by law
• You agree to use the boat in a safe and responsible manner
• You are responsible for any damage to the boat during your rental period
• You agree to return the boat on time and in the same condition as received
• You must comply with all applicable maritime laws and regulations

For Boat Owners

• You must own or have the legal right to rent the listed boat
• You must provide accurate descriptions and photos of your boat
• Your boat must meet all safety and legal requirements
• You must maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• You are responsible for the maintenance and safety of your boat
• You must disclose any known defects or issues with the boat

Payments and Fees

FleetoHub is a free platform that connects boat owners with renters. We do not charge any service fees or commissions on transactions. Payment arrangements are made directly between boat owners and renters outside of our platform.

FleetoHub is not involved in payment processing and does not handle any financial transactions between users. All payment terms, methods, and arrangements must be negotiated and agreed upon directly between boat owners and renters.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined solely by boat owners and must be negotiated directly between renters and owners. FleetoHub does not process payments or refunds and is not responsible for enforcing cancellation policies or handling refund disputes.

We recommend that renters and owners clearly communicate and agree upon cancellation terms before finalizing any rental arrangement. All cancellation and refund matters must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

FleetoHub reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud, violations of these Terms, or safety concerns.

Insurance and Liability

While FleetoHub may facilitate connections to insurance providers, boat owners and renters are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage. FleetoHub is not liable for:

• Accidents, injuries, or deaths occurring during boat rentals
• Damage to boats or property
• Lost or stolen items
• Disputes between owners and renters
• Weather-related cancellations or interruptions

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or ratings

Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews and ratings after completing a rental. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on personal experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our content policies.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FleetoHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetoHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FleetoHub and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

Waiver

No waiver by FleetoHub of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
